Multifamily
We’ve supported a diverse and unique range of multifamily developments throughout Northern and Southern California. Examples of multifamily types we’ve supported include low-rise, high-rise, and mixed-use. We provide a comprehensive suite of services to enhance and verify a building’s performance such as ECC Verifications, Air Balancing, LEED certification, and Acceptance Testing. Single Family
For single-family developments, we primarily provide ECC Verifications to ensure that homes are energy efficient and compliant. From framing to finishing, we conduct ECC Verifications throughout the phases of a home’s development such as QII, Duct Leakage Testing, and Airflow testing.
Commercial
Energy efficiency for commercial buildings, offices, or warehouses result in increased energy cost savings and enhanced comfort. We provide Mechanical and Lighting Controls Acceptance Testing and Air Balancing to verify optimal performance of a commercial space for its occupants.
